"Recently I needed arrange replacing tires and addressing the brakes that were beginning to malfunction for my daughter's Prius. Because I live in Alaska this necessitated multiple phone calls with lengthy conversations re: tire types, what's available, etc.; Trevor at the shop was very helpful and accommodating and probably spent at least 20 minutes on the phone with me. Additionally, I needed to have it done on a particular day - again they accommodated that. The day after the work was done my daughter said to me "The Car drives much better dad."
